Executive Mal Posted May 12, 2020 EXECUTIVE Executive Share Posted May 12, 2020 (edited) What is this? Event Coordinators/Gamemasters are always discouraged by the fact of not being able to progress. Being in the Staff makes it an option. Well this is going to be no longer as we want all of team members to grow in their spots they enjoy. How? Event Coordinator Team will now be seen as a second team essentially. If someone is showing the same skill set required to reach administrative+ ranks they will certainly be able to reach it now. You can essentially say it's like integrating them into the staff team and that point is very valid. Visual Representation SUMMARY If you're an Event Coordinator and not in the staff team you can still become apart of the Administration team and grow from there. Afton Posted May 13, 2020 Share Posted May 13, 2020 One of the problems that i see that ECs have is the lack of confidence, and that they feel a lot of preassure for the huge responsabilitie that they have, that it's giving fun to the players. And I had the same problem while I was EC, since I felt that all my events needed to be perfect. But this idea may fix that problem and ECs are going to be more calmed during the events, making better events, and giving people more confidence to become ECs ! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
