3. Describe the Bug: when going from passive back to non passive on surface it gave my Defibulators, p99, and stun gun to my inventory which does not allow me to use all of these, now this may be how its intended but im not certain

5. Has this bug impacted you or anyone you know?: lost the stun gun as it dissapeared from both my inv and hotbar ( this is not a major thing tho)
