Cafeteria Sound

2. Please Categorize the bug!: Medium.
3. Describe the Bug: People in D-Block can't hear those in the Cafeteria, limiting RP for making food/cooking.
   
   
4. Evidence / Photos / Videos: Didn't take any, but should be pretty simple to test.
5. Has this bug impacted you or anyone you know?: Yes, it didn't allow me to talk to my fellow D-Class while attempting to serve them food.
