3. Describe the Bug:When on D-Class Chad youre unable to be healed over 100 health so you cant get healed to your base 300 health I believe this applies to the CI raid boost health too

5. Has this bug impacted you or anyone you know?: Not really just lowers the reliability of D-Class Chad

CI Raid Boost is just a boost, and is not meant to be healed back. D-Class Chad, however, is meant to be fully healed back.
