Lead medical WL still broken

[Melon]

2. Please Categorize the bug! [Low Priority / Medium Priority / High Priority / SEVERE Priority] : Low priority.
3. Describe the Bug: I am the Medical lead in CI and I have my lead WL yet despite being an Officer rank I cannot WL anyone for anything when I should be able to WL for Intiate,Operative, Medic, and NCO.
4. Evidence / Photos / Videos: I cant Wl in game.
5. Has this bug impacted you or anyone you know?: It affects me and me alone as I am the only one with this WL.
   
   P.S: Reposting because I already posted it but as of today this still is not fixed.
