Putting Chest Plate on in Inventory

3. Describe the Bug: There is a chance to instantly die when putting on a chest piece.
4. Evidence / Photos / Videos: I don't have any because I forgot to get some when the server was up, I will get some tomorrow or whenever I get back on if needed.
5. Has this bug impacted you or anyone you know?: It has killed me twice and has killed at least two others in NTF.
