3. Give a detailed description of this SCP in YOUR OWN WORDS (100 Words MINIMUM): SCP 662-1 is a humanoid scp. SCP 662 is a small silver hand bell. When SCP 662 is rung SCP 662-1 will appear normaly around a cornor and ask the person who rung the silver bell "what is your desire". If SCP 662-1 is asked a unrealistic request example: blow up the entire foundation, he is allowed to deny the request. SCP 662-1 can not bring people SCP's. With permsion from site comman people are allowed to weaponize this SCP. SCP 662-1 can assasinate people if the requester provides full name. When SCP 662-1 is given this request he must do a advert saying which side he is hunting.
