Health Permanent Decrease After being revived

3. Describe the Bug:I have noticed as of late when you are revived with health upgrades you are permanently decreased 10, 15 or 30 health depending on your level. I.E. If you had 130 health before A.K.A. L3 before dying and got revived during a raid, you would in turn have 70 permanent health instead of 130

5. Has this bug impacted you or anyone you know?: Probably anybody that has health upgrades
