Give a detailed description of this SCP in YOUR OWN WORDS: Mr. Deeds is the caretaker of SCP-662, the bell, and upon the bell being rung appears before the one who rang it to grant them a wish, he will grant your heart whatever it desires without question and within reason. He is humble and British and happily serves you without problem. Mr. Deeds also is very intelligent, basically a human, though he is far more powerful than just that. SCP-662 is simply a bell that when it is rung calls forth Mr. Deeds. He also cannot provide bigger things, though he can easily get you small things, such as jewels, gold, food, etc.

5. How is this SCP maintained on our Server?: It isn't.
6. How does this SCP breach on our Server?: Ringing his bell.
7. How is this SCP re-contained on our Server?: Termination or having him do tasks.
8. What does this SCP do while breached?: Tasks for whoever wrings the bell.
