SCP-553-ATL SWEP can't hit running enemies.

3. Describe the Bug: SCP-553's SWEP can not hit people who are sprinting, kind of like how the old knife used to. I used to be able to work around this by having 5 speed on the old server and I could catch up and hit people who had lower speed than me, but now everyone has the same speed so his SWEP is somewhat broken leading to me chasing people for 30 minutes at D-block. I propse to slightly increase SCP-553's speed so he could catch up to people who call him fat.
