Give a detailed description of this SCP in YOUR OWN WORDS (100 Words MINIMUM): The object SCP-662, a small silver handbell, has become popular due to its obvious age and use, yet a remarkably untouched surface. When shaken, the bell gives off an unmistakable and resounding tone that is audible no matter the condition of one’s environment. Ringing this bell summons an individual known as "Mr. Deeds," who materializes as a white man in his mid-forties dressed in a English butler uniform. Mr. Deeds is well-mannered, sophisticated, and exceedingly helpful in all possible ways. He takes on any task with a commitment to giving it his best shot, though he does have some limits stemming from human capacities and natural laws; his handling of tasks is marked by both consummate professionalism as well as an unswerving dedication towards ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. How is this SCP maintained on our Server?: None, the SCP can be ignored.
6. How does this SCP breach on our Server?: Can't entirely breach but just kill people if asked by the personnel who in which has shaken the bell.
7. How is this SCP re-contained on our Server?: Whenever the tasks are done and completed OR the SCP is terminated.
8. What does this SCP do while breached?: Listen to the players orders/tasks and complete them. For example if a assassination attempt then try and assassination the following player. Of course while following rules.
9. Does this SCP fear for its life?: No

12. Can this SCP be killed? If so, how?: Yes, anything that can lead to termination.

2. What is a "/me"? Please give an example: A /me is a command used for RP purposes, for example, whenever doing rock paper scissors against someone you may do "/me does scissors".
3. If someone performs a "/me" against you, what do you do?: You should do a /roll. Whoever has the highest number "wins" the /me.
4. What is a "/roll"? Please give an example: A /roll is a command used a lot like a dice. Whenever the command is used it will pick a number through 1-100. For example if you are playing a game of rock, paper and scissors then you will need to /roll and whoever gets the highest number wins.
5. What is RDM? Please give an example: Random Deathmatch, whenever you get killed without RP reason. For example, a researcher walking up to you and killing you.
6. What is NLR? Please give an example: New Life Rule, you cannot remember anything from before you died and cannot return to the same position right away, for example, if you got killed by a d-class then you may not return to that area for a short period of time.
7. What is FearRP? Please give an example: FearRP is whenever you value you're life like IRL. For example if someone is pointing a gun at you, then you shall value you're life.
