Give a detailed description of this SCP in YOUR OWN WORDS (100 Words MINIMUM):

SCP-049 has the appearance of a medieval plague doctor, however, his robes are a part of his skin and cannot be taken off. If someone touches him or he touches someone then they will instantly die of unknown means and at this point, SCP-049 can make this corpse into a zombie-like creature called a -2 instance which can be hostile or passive depending on what SCP-049 orders are for that instance. SCP-049 is not totally hostile to the foundation and only becomes hostile when he finds that personnel might be infected with a sickness known as "Pestilence". He can be calmed with scents such as lavender in dire cases.

How is this SCP re-contained on our Server?:
All 049-2s must be terminated then MTF Personnel must fear RP him with three guns then take him back to his containment chamber.
What does this SCP do while breached?:
SCP-049 attempts to cure foundation personnel making them into -2 instances and try to breach to surface.
Does this SCP fear for its life?:
Yes it can be fear RP'd when all instances of -2 are killed.
