Slaxx Boulder, born March 1998, Slaxx was born into a poor family in Chicago. He never had a positive mindset. When he was in his early teens he entered a very dark path, a path that would forever change his life. He joined a gang, taking part in very high illegal activities, even witnessing murders happen. This path led him to go to a high state prison. He did not get sent to the local state prison, he got shipped off to the Egypt high security prison. This was no ordinary prison, it was nothing other than the SCP Foundation Class D cells. Slaxx has no memory of his past, only arriving in his new home called D-Block. In prison Slaxx wanted to change his life around. Being Approached by a foundation guard, he was about to be taken to one of the deadliest SCP's, SCP-106 'The Old Man', as soon as he was about to go into Heavy Containment Zone, the base's speakers went off saying Code: White "A unknown organization is raiding the facility". Then the unthinkable happened and a Organization that wore green and had a different logo this time, broke him free from his handcuffs and said "come with us, we will save you, join us". Having no other choice Slaxx joined the Organization and got trained, soon enough he found himself bumping up ranks within the organization known as the Chaos Insurgency. Slaxx now had a new mindset to take action against the prison he was in, known as the SCP Facility. Slaxx was now apart of Cell- 85.

Slaxx is calm, quiet, ready to follow orders. He has a passion of vengeance, he seeks to destroy the enemy by any means necessary. He is not a Psycho, just dedicated to his goals. He had always had a mindset to follow through on his word, and his goals. This mindset would carry on within his time in the Chaos Insurgency Organization.
