SCP-457 needs a buff

In the old server SCP-457 SWEP would light anything near him on fire, this caused slow but constant damage but now his SWEP requires you manually click on someone 1 by 1 to light them on fire and you have click on them multiple times to keep lighting them on fire because the damage is still low.
